Spring and Thyme eDesign Terms and Conditions
The purpose of this agreement is to define the terms of the agreement, the scope of work, and the schedule of payments agreed upon by each party. eDesign is an online decorating consultation service only. All recommendations are regarded as suggestions to improve the look of your space and are not intended for construction purposes.

The Client agrees to provide complete information regarding the Client’s requirements for the project, including, but not limited to, measurements, pictures, videos, and inspirational photos.

Spring and Thyme Design will perform services as expeditiously as is consistent with professional skill, care, and the orderly progress of the eDesign project.

Spring and Thyme Design will not be responsible for the means, methods, or procedures of construction fabrication, delivery and installation, or safety precautions in connection with the eDesign project; for the acts or omissions of the contractor or any subcontractor, supplier, or other person performing the work on the eDesign project; or for any failure of them to meet any schedules or completion dates.

Spring and Thyme Design cannot be held responsible for arranging repairs, replacement, or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for the eDesign project.

All furniture pieces and accessories are in stock when the Client receives the design. If the Client attempts to order within five working days and it is out of stock, Client should email the designer for a replacement. After five days, recommendations for each replacement piece will be charged at $50.

Spring and Thyme Design is not responsible for furniture and accessories selected based on inaccurate Client-supplied measurements.

o One edited version of the design plan after the designer meeting
o. Email access with questions for one month
Signature Design Plan ($1,000.00)
o Video presentation of the 3D model by your designer
o 2D Vision Board
o Purchasing links
o Color palette
o Furniture recommendations
o Rug recommendations
o Design Decor for 1 Wall
o Lighting
o Placement recommendations
o (2) 1 hour virtual meeting(s) with your designer
o One edited version of the design plan after the designer meeting
o Email access with questions for five days
Deluxe Design ($500.00)
o 2d Vision Board
o Purchasing links
o Color palette
o Furniture recommendations
o Rug recommendations
o Lighting
o Placement recommendations
o 2 (30-minute) virtual meetings with your designer
o One edited version of the Vision Board after the designer meeting
Essential Design Plan ($300.00)

Payment Terms:
o Full Payment will be received upon purchasing the design plan.
o No refunds
Communication: All communication will take place via email or scheduled virtual meetings.
Client Expectations:
o Responding in a timely manner (within 48 hours)
o Purchasing the products
o Installing the products
